About us

Regenerate Tasmania is a response to multiple social, economic and health crisis. Food is something we consume on a daily basis. Through relating to food in a local and regenerative way can have impact on wider social, economic and health impacts. However many people who are struggling with the cost of living and chronic health issues don’t have access to local and regenerative produce.

At Regenerate Tasmania we want to change that. Through our resilient web of regenerative producers Tasmania wide we create partnerships with producers and healthcare / relief providers to deliver the best quality produce to those who are in need and transforming quality of life and health outcomes for thousands of people in Tasmania.

We are committed to policy innovation that services our local economy, communities and wellbeing in the long-term.

We look forward to working with you.

Our mission is to translate health policy in practice by delivering tangible services for people in need to access the best quality regenerative & local produce.

“Food can transform our lives in joyous and nourishing ways, we just have to connect back to it joyfully, pragmatically, regeneratively and resiliently.”

— Dr Emily Samuels-Ballantyne, Founder of Regenerate Tasmania
